A single-vineyard Garnacha grown on poor sandy loam soils near the Ebro Valley, influenced by the Atlantic climate. This wine combines ripe fruit, fresh acidity, and subtle oak aging, delivering both elegance and intensity.

    Winemaking & Aging:

    • Manual harvest

    • Cryoextraction at low temperature in cold storage and stainless steel

    • Pre-fermentative maceration at 4°C for 48 hours

    • Alcoholic fermentation at 27°C with 21-day vatting

    • Aged 4 months in French oak barrels

    Color: Deep cherry red, medium-high intensity
    Aroma: Ripe cherry, wild berries (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry), with subtle notes of peach, orange peel, and vanilla
    Palate: Generous and fruit-forward with freshness, soft tannins, and a long, elegant finish
