    • Alcoholic fermentation at 28°C (~7 days)

    • 14 days of post-fermentation maceration

    • Malolactic fermentation and 21 months aging in second-year French oak barrels

    Aroma: Jammy black fruits—blackberries and cassis—with notes of dried figs, plums, vanilla, chocolate liqueur, and pipe tobacco
    Palate: Soft, expressive, and well-structured; complex with integrated oak and a long, elegant finish
