A refined rosé made from old, low-yielding Garnacha vines cultivated in high-altitude vineyards influenced by both Pyrenean and Atlantic climates. This limited-production wine offers aromatic purity, freshness, and balance.

    • Slow fermentation (~20 days) at controlled temperature in stainless steel

    • Aged on lees for approximately 20 days post-fermentation

    • Clarified and bottled

    Palate: Lively and full on the attack, with balanced, intense acidity; structured, easy to drink, and persistent on the finish
