    Vinification:

    • Hand-harvested

    • Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours

    • Fermented with native yeasts using short pump-overs and délestage

    • Malolactic fermentation before barrel aging

    Aroma: Intense and complex—black fruits, black truffle, cedar, forest floor, cocoa
    Palate: Fresh, structured, and balanced with polished tannins; flavors of black fruit, tobacco, eucalyptus, and dry wood
    Finish: Long and persistent with excellent bottle aging potential
