A refined and aromatic rosé crafted from Garnacha grapes grown in the San Nicolás vineyard. Made from a night harvest and fermented from gravity-pressed juice, this rosé balances floral elegance with lively fruit character.

    Vineyard:

    • San Nicolás plot (Cadreita)

    • 22-year-old trellised vines

    • Poor limestone soil with loamy-sandy texture and abundant pebbles

    • Deep subsoil of gravel over layers of clay

    Winemaking:

    • Night harvest specifically for rosé production

    • Cold maceration for 6 hours at 4°C in an inert atmosphere

    • First press must collected by gravity only

    • Fermentation at 13–14°C

    Aroma: Wild strawberries and red currants with floral hints of wisteria
    Palate: Subtle and round, featuring wild strawberry and citrus fruit; fresh, well-balanced, and elegant with a long, lingering finish
