    Vineyard:

    • 20–22-year-old espalier-trained vines

    • Tempranillo (El Carrascal): Clay loam with marl content, offering excellent drainage

    • Syrah (Arasa del Montañés): Pebbly soils with loam to loamy-muddy textures

    • Garnacha (Corraliza del Montañés): Sandy loam soils rich in pebbles for optimal ripening and freshness

    Winemaking & Aging:

    • Fermented at controlled temperatures with selected native yeasts

    • Post-fermentation maceration for ~15 days with skins

    • Aged 14 months in French and American oak barrels

    Aroma: Intense and expressive—red and black fruits (cherries, plums, wild berries) with elegant oak notes of toast, vanilla, and coconut
