A limited-production 100% Merlot from estate-grown vines, this wine is crafted with precision and aged in both barrel and large oak vats. Reflecting the character of an exceptional vintage, it combines structure, finesse, and aging potential.

    • Fermentation in 2,000L French oak vats

    • Careful grape selection to ensure only the best fruit was used

    Tasting Notes
    Appearance: Deep cherry red with high color density
    Aroma: Notes of pastry, shortbread, and red berries followed by herbal touches—lavender, rockrose, and subtle dry wood
    Palate: Fresh and fruity on entry, evolving into a structured, elegant wine with length and balance; long and pleasant finish

    This Merlot shows great complexity and refinement now, and will continue to evolve beautifully in the bottle. A testament to the estate's dedication to varietal expression and terroir.
