A bold and structured red blend from one of Navarra’s most iconic single-estate wineries. With meticulous vinification and extended aging, this Reserva Clásico embodies elegance, depth, and age-worthy character.

Ozu Reserva Clásico

  • Wine type: Reserva red wine
    Grape varieties:

    • 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

    • 40% Tempranillo

    • 20% Merlot

    Vintage: 2016
    Harvest: Manual harvest with double grape selection (in 15 kg boxes), October 2016
    Fermentation: Fermented in 100 hl French oak vats at 28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in the same vats
    Aging:

    • 14 months in French oak barrels

    • 36 months of bottle aging

    Color: Deep cherry-red
    Aroma: Rich bouquet of black fruits with balanced spicy notes
    Palate: Elegant and harmonious, with great depth and a long-lasting finish
    Finish: Long, refined, and persistent

    Serving Temperature: 16°C–18°C (60°F–65°F)
