Bodega Otazu – Navarra, Spain

 

Otazu is one of the northernmost wineries producing D.O. Navarra wines, known for its single-estate vineyards and dedication to authenticity. This rosé is crafted using the traditional saignée method to capture the freshness and purity of the fruit.

Ozu Rosé Trempanillo

    Fermentation: Saignée method with cold maceration for 1 hour, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
