A structured and elegant red wine crafted from estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. Aged for 12 months in new French oak, it balances richness and freshness, offering great depth and aromatic complexity.

  • Wine type: Dry red wine
    Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot
    Alcohol content: 14.5% vol
    Serving temperature: 15–17°C (59–63°F)
    Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels

    Fermentation & Maceration:

    • 30% fermented in French oak vats

    • 70% fermented in stainless steel

    • Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours at 5°C (41°F)

    • Mechanical harvest: Merlot (last week of September), Syrah and Tempranillo (first week of October)

    Tasting Notes
    Appearance: Cherry red with light ruby reflections
    Aroma: Plum and ripe blackberry dominate, with cocoa notes; oak is well-integrated
    Palate: Fruity and fresh with concentrated flavor; soft, red velvet tannins and a long, persistent finish
