A fresh and expressive rosé made from 100% estate-grown Garnacha. Produced by traditional bleeding methods and fermented at controlled temperature, this wine offers clarity, vibrancy, and elegance—ideal for year-round enjoyment.

    Vineyard:

    • 20-year-old estate vineyards

    • Rolling hills with stony, loamy-limestone soils

    • Farmed using integrated agriculture

    Vintage Notes:

    • Very dry and warm season with early budding

    • Mild start to summer, followed by hotter conditions from mid-August to mid-September

    • Early ripening and good yield

    Winemaking:

    • Traditional maceration and gravity bleeding method (saignée)

    • Harvested by plot at optimal ripeness

    • No pressing—only free-run juice used

    • Fermented for ~20 days in stainless steel at controlled temperature

    • Racked and clarified before bottling

    Color: Bright pink with slightly purple edges
    Aroma: Clean and elegant—cherry, strawberry, white fruit, and floral notes
    Palate: Lively, fresh, and flavorful with balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish
