    Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels (20% new)

    Vinification:
    Each variety and plot vinified and aged separately. Final blend selected for balance between fruit and oak, emphasizing freshness and elegance.

    Appearance: Bright, full cherry red
    Aroma: Complex and expressive—black plum, red berries, cedar, scrubland, dry hay, and burnt wood
    Palate: Fresh and structured with polished tannins, elegant texture, and a long, clean finish; excellent acidity ensures aging potential
