This elegant rosé is crafted from Merlot grapes using the “lágrima” method — the purest free-run juice obtained without pressing. The result is a delicate and expressive rosé with freshness, floral charm, and a subtle gourmet edge.

    Harvest: Manual harvest with careful bunch selection
    Vinification: Direct draining of the free-run juice ("lágrima") followed by cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks
