    Winemaking & Aging:

    • Aged for 5 months in French oak: 700 L barrels and 2,500 L foudres

    • Oak aging designed to enhance structure without masking varietal freshness

    Color: Bright deep yellow with greenish hues
    Aroma: Fresh and medium intensity; aniseed and citrus fruit dominate, with hints of fennel and white fruit
    Palate: Lively and intense with a balanced, fresh profile
