Navarra Inbound Media Mission – USA Media Visit 2023

From May 8–12, 2023, Navarra hosted a select group of U.S. wine and lifestyle journalists for an immersive press mission designed to showcase the region’s winemaking heritage, evolving identity, and commitment to sustainability.

Organized by Global Bridges LLC / Food & Wine Marketing and commissioned by the D.O. Navarra Regulatory Council, the mission sought to deepen editorial engagement, drive media coverage, and position Navarra as a dynamic origin in the global wine conversation.

Mission Objective

The 2023 media visit was designed to offer U.S. journalists a firsthand perspective on Navarra’s winegrowing tradition and its modern evolution. By engaging directly with winemakers, exploring diverse terroirs, and experiencing the region’s food and cultural heritage, the mission aimed to:

  • Strengthen editorial understanding of the D.O. Navarra and its varietals

  • Highlight Navarra’s leadership in sustainable viticulture and innovation

  • Inspire long-form features and wine reviews in influential U.S. publications
